Contribuisci feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, I was not acknowledged. Another employee, who seemed rude and under pressure, ignored me. After waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally told that they had stopped seating people because the kitchen was overwhelmed. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Marcus, our bartender, was fantastic. He had excellent recommendations and was very efficient with our drink and food orders. We will definitely be returning.
Oh my goodness, the food was incredibly delicious! Thank you so much. The excellent customer service also enhanced the dining experience. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant more frequently.
As a regular patron of Chili's restaurant I really didn't expect to receive this type of quality of service and lack of concern for the food I received. My server never really checked to see if we were ready to order and when that time did come , 20 minutes had passed already. And to end it with a frozen slice of.cheesecake that I clearly could not eat. Me and my colleague from the food network realized that this particular Chili's needs a makeover when it comes to service and quality.
I has registered for a table of 3 and one high chair.Gave them my name. The young lady, told me, the wait was 35min.Okay we waited. I went to check how much longer I had to wait. The young lady said my name was not on the list and I had to wait 20 min more.But I had proof, I received a text, from Chili's, that I was waiting for a table.Very disappointed in them.
