El Pollo Loco - Downey

I absolutely love the taco salad; it's enormous! Whenever I ask for extra avocado Caesar dressing, they always provide it happily, without any complaints. It's so delicious!

I genuinely believe this restaurant deserves a five-star rating, regardless of what anyone else thinks. They always have my meals ready on time, and I've never had a bad experience. Thank you so much!

The food is great, and the staff is very friendly. The parking area is moderate in size, but keep in mind that it's one way in and one way out. I noticed they have kiosks for ordering, which makes it easy to take your time since you can see pictures of the menu items. It can get quite busy during lunch and dinner hours, likely due to its location next to the mall and nearby hotels. Also, as a tip, when you're exiting with your car, please stay on the far right. One car was stuck in the middle waiting for the light to change, which caused significant traffic in both directions.

Most franchises in my area are quite sloppy and unethical on their quality of food and service. Old Chicken, Stale Chips and Tostada Bowls. Pretty bad lately
