Jimmy John's - Downey

I have the jimmy john version of a Cuban sandwich, it was terrible it was quite a lot of a ham sandwich with speck on white brot it was not hot that it was not pressed, or something they called so, a Cuban sandwich that I would not go back to jimmy john’s I am disappointed

I was disappointed by the food, my sister has regained this place. they have a great service, but I was dropped off by the taste it wasn't on my par. I like to eat on places where it makes me eat back, because it is delicious and clear that is not the place.

Customer service is unacceptable and inappropriate. The staffs spoke about the date they had a night before, ignoring customers standing in line.The manager is rude and unprofessional when asked to help. I will never step my foot in that place anymore.

I was pleasantly surprised by the J.J. Senses restaurant in South Gate, located on Firestone and Garfield. One evening, they had run out of broth, but I have returned since then without any issues. It is unlikely that they would run out of broth again, right?

I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm today and ordered a kickin chicken sandwich. They forgot to remove the gizzard from the sandwich, so I asked them to fix it. They corrected the mistake promptly. Thank you.
