Little Caesars Pizza - Downey

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The staff really took the time to ensure my order was correct from the start. When I arrived, my order was ready, and I was in and out in no time. Great service!

There's always a longer wait time here compared to Telegraph or Paramount. I had to wait 20 minutes, and the food was cold when it finally arrived. It just doesn't make sense! I've tried to give this place another chance, but I'm ready to give up.

We always enjoy pizza at this place, as it’s my daughter's favorite. The bread and pizza are also delicious! The only thing we wish for is the ability to order delivery over the phone like we used to; that would be wonderful. Thank you!

Place your order in advance to avoid the waiting time. The pizza portal is truly a fantastic feature. I often hear people in the lobby complaining about their wait, but it’s so easy to order ahead. Just use the portal or exercise a bit of patience. I find it amusing how some diners bang on their tables, acting as if their order is the only one being prepared. The pizza, however, is consistently great. On the flip side, customer service could use some improvement; staff members often see you but choose to ignore you at the counter. Given this, the pizza portal is definitely the best option. Overall, I give 5 stars for the pizza and the pizza portal, but only 1 star for customer service.

This franchise shop is ridiculously unprofessional, they do not answer the phone and service on the counter is like dealing with children who have no supervision
