Taco Bell - Downey

This is the best Taco Bell I have ever visited. The restaurant is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly.

This restaurant is full of inexperienced young kids. I needed to use the restroom, but they said it was closed for the day. I believe that if customers are still present, they should be allowed to use the restroom. The staff are very unprofessional.

I have visited this restaurant twice for breakfast. The first time was at 7:10 am and the second time was at 7:05 am. Unfortunately, both times no one responded to us at the drive-thru and we found the doors locked.

They really don't have customers coming because there customers service they employees here are very rude and manger aswhile she very rude hoping CEO see this they ask me I need to do machine I said sorry but I don't I rather today do they job like they was not to business is the fact they person that take my order he had on gloves that he was touching the packing he was doing the chips then he had the same gloves on then he was doing the cashier that was very Gross ... I got pictures on it and they never clean there cutting Knifes
