Contribuisci feedbackI appreciate the effort this restaurant is putting in. The owners' contact information is easily accessible, which is a great touch. However, I think there's significant room for improvement in terms of presentation, the dishes themselves, and the overall value for the price. I ordered the beef wrap gyro, which had an excessive amount of pita bread but only a small amount of filling. Adding more greens would have made it look more substantial. While the vegan meat had a rich flavor, it lacked sufficient texture. At $11, it didn’t even come with extra sauce, and had I known what to expect, I would have only been willing to pay $8. Furthermore, the food truck's illustrations of cupcakes, hamburgers, and sandwiches were a bit misleading, leaving me uncertain about their actual offerings. It's a charming mom-and-pop spot that's definitely worth supporting, but I sincerely hope they expand their menu to include more options for vegan diners.
I dined at this restaurant last week and the week before, thanks to a Groupon, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was on both occasions. During my first visit, I ordered the three-meat plate that included beef, chicken, and kebab. The beef was cooked perfectly to my medium preference, and while the chicken was tender, it was a bit bland until I added some garlic sauce. The hummus met my expectations, and the salad was fresh and full of flavor. On my second visit, I chose the chicken wrap; it had a bit too much sauce for my taste, but overall it was still quite delicious.
The food was fantastic, although there was a bit of a wait. Nonetheless, it was definitely worth it. The small nachos were surprisingly ample—more like a full plate than just a small serving!
