My experience with this hotel was negative from the very beginning. Despite hearing high recommendations from others, I decided to make a reservation through their website. However, after multiple attempts to contact them through phone calls, I was only able to speak with someone after receiving advice to reach out through Viber. Even then, the interaction was brief and unhelpful. In contrast, the staff at Morva and Rixos, where I ultimately made a reservation, were friendly and attentive from the start. It's clear that good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, something that was lacking in my experience with this hotel.
