Chapter One - Dublin

My husband and I had dinner here, and we enjoyed every dish we tried. The only aspect that fell short was the dessert, which we had hoped would be more impressive. We made reservation several months ago and I was afraid my expectations were too high. How wrong I was, my expectations were far exceeded. Art and taste in a dish. Tasting menu pairing with amazing wines.. What I liked the most was when chef came to our table. Thank you to all the professional staff, especially Jimmy, Exceptional experience.
