Three out of the four plates were dirty one out of the 4 cups were dirty and when I cancel my order and told them everything was dirty, I still had to pay 28 dollars

When brought plates for appetizers 3/5 still had food stuck to them. My cup had food stuck in it. The seats were ripped. When we told them we wanted to cancel our order and leave we still had to pay $28 for 3 drinks (fountain) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
