Pretzel Maker - Dubuque

I wasn't planning to write a review until I came across some unjust negative comments. I think the food is excellent, and I've never had any issues with the staff. When I read negative reviews about customer service, I can't help but wonder if the customer was the one causing the problem, as I've always had a positive experience there. Additionally, I understand that the mall's high rent likely forces them to increase their prices, which is probably beyond their control.

I really enjoy the pretzels here, but the staff can be inconsistent — sometimes you get someone who seems genuinely enthusiastic, and other times not so much.

The food is absolutely fantastic, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the prices are quite high, and there are no free refills.
