When we finally reached the window, the employee handed us our food in a bag that was a mess, with items spilled everywhere. Additionally, the nachos were supposed to be without tomatoes, but they ended up having tomatoes on them anyway.
I attempted to place an order at the restaurant, but the lobby door was still locked—presumably due to COVID-19 restrictions. So, I went through the drive-thru and waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be informed that they were out of the item I wanted! This happened last week around 6 PM on a weekday. It was incredibly frustrating to waste nearly 30 minutes for nothing. They really need to streamline their service and open their lobby! While I was there, I saw several other customers trying to enter, and the drive-thru line was chaotic because the restaurant was understaffed. This is a disappointing representation of a national chain. It's time for new management!
I usually really like Taco Bell but at this particular location the service is awful. I've had employees refuse to take orders, seen half the staff outside smoking, and seen them close hours early on multiple occasions. Go to the other Taco Bell in town.
You go at a regular time like for lunch or dinner, okay fine. Breakfast? Nah. What’s the point of serving breakfast if y’all don’t open until like 10? Drove in Tuesday at 9:40. Some girl sitting outside the back door on her phone. Cars in the parking lot. But I roll up to the speaker and someone/some recording says “due to short staffing” they don’t open until 10. Seriously? I just wanted a dang breakfast Crunchwrap ?
Be mindful of their transactions and watch how they handle your change, as they take $5 off the total and provide incorrect change.
