Town Clock Pizza - Dubuque

Tried calling in an order and they said hold on and placed the phone on the counter, for over 15-2 minutes. I could hear staff laughing in the background. Drove to the facility and service was absolutely horrible, if you are not a local don’t bother. Watched as everyone got service just fine, I have heard that local places were like this, but never would I have thought it would be this bad. Food was good, but would not recommend. Food: 5

Stopped by on a warm summer evening to get some pizza and beverages on the porch. We had a great time, the food was good, the view from the porch is beautiful, just a relaxing place for a simple meal. Only reason for “dinging” the service is there isn’t any, you just walk up, place your order, grab your drinks and wait for your food. Not a problem in my book, but if you need to have someone wait on you, you might be disappointed. Meal type: Dinner
