Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

5 stars for customer service! I went through the drive thru a little after 10pm and I was pleasantly surprised about the customer service. The guy was friendly and upbeat? it was my first time here, the cashier recommended #2 and I purchased a Key Lime Shake. The food needed a little more seasoning but overall good. I?ll definitely be back.

I would highly recommend Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steak Burgers, Duluth, GA, to anyone or a family looking for a good steakburger restaurant. Freddy's has reasonable food prices, clean environment, and professional customer service that impressed me. We dined in at the Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steak burger, Duluth, GA, as a family evening out. I ordered the double bacon bbq steak burger, and my oldest daughter, ordered the original double patty melt. The steakburger and patty melt were perfectly cooked and served hot. For the side, I ordered the onion rings, which I ate with the honey mustard sauce and my daughter got the jalapeno fry sauce. We enjoyed our meals and left Freddy's satisfied. Freddy's steakburger was really, really, good. I would highly recommend for individuals or families to give Freddy's a try. I ate everything served to the last crumb. Needless to say, we were satisfied with the food, desserts and services received.

There were some pretty nasty reviews on this place from recent time but regardless we decided to give it a shot! The food was hot and perfectly cooked, the service was extremely fast and pleasant. The cashiers and management were incredibly helpful and the custard was fantastic. I would say, extremely affordable, better than Steak ?n Shake and the food was served in the time it took for us to sit down 5 minutes tops and our food was hot and ready. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

We went for a desert, Concretes. A favorite frozen treat. The store was clean and neat. A few groups and families, but plenty of table. We were greeted by they blank stare; no welcome, no 'how can I help you '. Nothing. So we ordered, give a total to pay, we paid. It wasn 't long and we had our deserts. Always good, thick and frozen cold.
