The next problem arose when I was awoken the following morning by a knock on my door from someone asking if I was checking out. This felt premature since my stay was not even halfway completed. Additionally, I found that several of the white towels in the bathroom were not properly cleaned and had visible stains on them. Lastly, although my checkout time was set for 11:30 am, I was surprised when the housekeeper knocked on my door and opened it—twice—before my scheduled departure. This made me feel rushed and disregarded as a guest. I left feedback and my contact information at the front desk in hopes that the general manager would reach out to address these concerns. Unfortunately, I have not received any communication, which is making me reconsider my future stays with IHG hotels. For a more pleasant experience in terms of service and accommodations, I recommend the hotel in Quantico/Stafford off Salisbury. I genuinely hope to hear from someone regarding these issues.

At first, I thought my room was clean, but my impression changed when I stepped into the bathroom. There was dried urine on the toilet seat, which felt very unsanitary. I also found hair on the bed, which I found quite unpleasant. While the staff was generally friendly, the cleaning crew did not share the same demeanor. At one point, while my family and I were in our room, a cleaner entered without knocking. She pointed at a towel on the floor and spoke to us in Spanish before leaving. It was quite jarring and inappropriate, especially since we could have been changing. Overall, it was a rather odd and uncomfortable experience.

I had higher expectations from IHG. Although this hotel is located in a great area with easy access, it unfortunately did not meet the quality standards I associate with this brand. The primary issue was with the housekeeping service. After a long 12-hour drive, it is unacceptable for guests to be sent to the front desk for extra bathroom linens, and it's frustrating to have to return there every day to request more. While the housekeeping staff will take out the trash, you shouldn't count on your bed being made if you're staying for more than one night. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The front desk clerk Iesha was so polite! She handled everything with care an gratitude. She made sure we had everything we needed. I will most definitely stay here again if everyone is polite an caring as Iesha

I had such a great experience your co worker Iesha was lovely she helped me with multiple tasks and never made me feel i was a bother or a burden and she let me know about the upcoming updates and events that was coming up i loved my whole experience there and overall i had a great time !!
