I hate to give this location three stars because the staff members are so nice and they are always eager to help - BUT - having visited the location

Okay, why one star? Let's dive in, cause we're going to the deep end.

Poor customer service, poor food quality and most of all the most unprofessional service from the onsite manager Paz.

I love going to a place where I can place my order on my mobile device.

Since the snow days have put us behind an employee and I had to find a place to do some work with a big deadline. We met in Paneras and founded shop in a stand and worked through breakfast and lunch. We had good food and service and not an employee struck an eye on how long we stayed! Possibility to support education! Thank you, Panera.
