Great place for healthy meal replacements. The owner is super friendly always encouraging us and coming up with new menu items I love it here.

I love this place and i love mrs. Paula. Only reason i gave it 4 stars is because she doesnt b on time i love her shakes and want 1 everymorning omw to work. She opens at 6. I always pass her at 6:15ish. I try to call ahead (after 6 of course) to have my order ready. Sometimes she answers sometimes she doesnt. And when i pass by. Sometime shes open sometimes shes not. Very frustrating. Missing money.

This place is wonderful. Service is immaculate and everyone is friendly and informative. The atmosphere is so comfy and asthetically pleasing.

Best health food place I've visited thus far. Came to town for a visit and heard about this place through Google Maps; definitely didn't disappoint. Owner is friendly, outgoing, kind, and informative on inquiries regarding the menu and ingredients. Spoil yourself on the protein meal replacements, crepes, shakes, teas, and baked goods. After having a meal replacement or crepe, I actually felt full than craving for more food like dairy or high sugar products tend to make those enjoying in them from vendors. When I'm back in the area, I hope to indulge in these nutrient rich, filling goods.Dietary restrictions: Menu is non dairy and no added sugar all fresh ingredients.Parking: Small area but seems to be open throughout the day. Never seen more than a couple cars including mine at any one time since I would show up during non busy hours.
