This is a fantastic little deli that's a bit out of the way, but the drive is definitely worth it. They serve homemade pork and lamb ragu, and it’s absolutely delicious! Mmm!

We enjoyed the ice cream but while we were outside, my son wandered a short distance down an unmarked gravel road. A lady, the owner I presume, came up to us and told us to call him back as there are deadly, or she might have said dangerous, dogs down the road. We probably would never go back as the experience was just very weird and unsettling. Either she was threatening us or maybe they really do have dangerous animals that are not behind a fence?
