McDonald's - Duncan

We arrived at the Duncan McDonald's wanting a quick bite to eat just before lunch time, and it did not disappoint. We each had a Big Mac which looked and tasted great, two smoothies, and we shared an order of french fries. We had asked for no salt on the fries and didn't get it, but that was o.k. The staff were extremely friendly and all looked very tidy. This McDonald's has a new ordering system that was implemented just two weeks ago that has you getting presented with a tracking-type disc after placing your order, and once your food is ready it is brought directly to your table and the disc removed by the employee. The new system worked great and the food arrived hot and in record time. If I had to make a bit of a negative comment it would be that some of the leather (?) seats in the Restaurant had holes in them, and also that the garbage can in the women's bathroom was very small and very full. I have never seen such a small garbage can in a Restaurant's bathroom before, they definitely need a bigger one. Would we eat at this McDonald's again? Most definitely.

They're incapable of admitting mistakes. Undercooked chicken nuggets. Seriously, fleshy and cold inside with a disgusting taste. Like it's been sitting half-thawed and then reheated half the required time. I've never been so revolted by McDonalds food. We all know, this isn't a health food place, but literally putting my health at risk and then arguing about it, is having me close to reporting this to the health department.I hope this franchise gets shutdown. Last visit at this location was 2 years ago when they screwed up the coffee and burger.No quality control or ownership of responsibility whatsoever. I'm done with McD.

This location has become the homeless hangout of Duncan. Passed out people sleeping in the parking lot and zombies sitting at the outside tables. Feel sorry for the owner but the service reflects the location...horrible. I will never go back.

Worst customers service ever my car was overheating we were on the drive through I got off the area to get my package this woman had my order in her hands but because I was standing outside and not in my car they ask me to come inside to collect my order when the could kindly hand it over to me I left the order inside and she had to bring it outside for me I will never return to this place you guys need customer service lessons I will never return ppl like you will bring the com0any down

I do not eat in such places, but sat for 2 hours watching the staff, as I heard there were many times that tables were used and never a cleaner to be seen. I watched the service staff, not one, in 2 hours greeted the punters with a "good morning". In fact, they just looked at the customers and said nothing. I watched one table, have 4 different sets of diners at the same table and no one came to clean the tables once. The diners seem to "bus" their own tables when they are finished eating.This should not be happening, it is not sanitary and we know how many people use the toilets and never wash their hands! They are then using a table that is not wiped down after 4 different sittings! Shame,shame
