I’m really let down. They’ve discontinued our favorite pizza (butter chicken), their prices have skyrocketed, and it’s hard to communicate with the staff since English doesn’t seem to be their first language and they speak very softly. The toppings have also become quite limited. PH used to be one of my favorites, but that’s no longer the case.
The service was terrible. We ordered pizza over two hours ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The manager offered a 15% discount, but this is the third time our pizza has been more than an hour late.
Overall, the food was delicious. However, on my 9" Small Cheese Lovers pizza, nearly all the cheese had melted off, and the way it was cut was a bit unusual. Despite these issues, I had a good experience, but I think the preparation could use some improvement.
I tried to place an order through their website on Friday, but after two unsuccessful attempts—each time receiving no explanation, just a prompt to try again—I decided to call their customer service. I learned that the store closed at 7 PM, despite their posted hours indicating they were open until 11:45 PM. Their website still showed that they were open, allowed me to choose a location, and even let me place an order through DoorDash. While I recognize that unexpected issues can cause early closures, I was charged twice for an order that was never fulfilled. A few days later, when I reached out on social media to ask about my refund, I was told I needed to call customer service for help, which felt like shifting the burden back to me. Although I do enjoy their pizza, their poor business practices and lack of customer support make it unlikely that I'll order from them again.
