Anchor - Dungarvan

Recently visited this Bar on the Quays in Dungarvan, and I have to give a shoutout to Mick, who runs the front-of-house operations. His expert awareness of all customers and his support for the staff were truly impressive. Mick's customer service skills are top-notch. From the moment you walk in, he makes everyone feel valued and attended to. He's friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everyone has a great experience. All the staff here are highly focused and ensure customers received prompt service. It's Great to see Teams operate as they do at the Anchor Bar Dungarvan.

The outdoor seating at this restaurant offers a beautiful view of the harbor. The portions are generous and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend trying their fish and chips, as well as their salad with fried king prawns - both were fantastic!

The lunch was alright, with a grilled halloumi salad. It wasn't anything extraordinary, just a good meal. The service was friendly and efficient. The outdoor terrace had a nice view of the harbor.

Lovely experience ,very attentive and helpful staff and the anchor beef burger was amazing , well done , will definitely be back.

Brilliant pub, lively great music and Guinness, in a lovely location on the sea front. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
