The food is absolutely delicious; they’ve consistently excelled in that area. Whether you choose to dine in or take your meal to go, I always enjoy the flavors—it’s well-cooked and served at the right temperature. However, the service leaves something to be desired. Often, it feels as though the staff has an attitude of disdain, as if I shouldn't expect to receive what they've advertised. At other times, there’s a noticeable resentment toward customers, as if our presence disrupts their personal conversations. On the positive side, the ambiance is quiet and pleasant, albeit perhaps a bit too dim, in the traditional Italian style.

The menu has many traditional selections but includes some house specialties. We ordered the Shrimp Napolini as an appetizer. The shrimp are a medium size and cooked well. The sauce is slightly thick in consistency and the white wine, garlic and other spices make for a excitingly tasteful start to the meal. It makes one want the main dish. The Roma's Special is very special! A good sausage, the ham and chicken are a nice mix. The chicken was an appropriate size for the dish. The menu mentions a little marinara being added to a white sauce resulting a uniquely delicious sauce, believe it. Wow. Also the house Tomato-vinagrette is interesting for the salad dressing. Try it. The Canoli are a great way to end the evening. Be sure to get a cup of coffee. Roma's decoration is pretty nice. I thought the booth was pretty comfortable. Romans is our go to place for Mexican/American food at its finest. It's authentic and they make sure your experience is one you'll never forget. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was horrible. Sat in the dinning room over 15 to 20 minutes before the hostice came by and said you haven 't been severed yet . They found the server who we had seen server two others and been very chatty with. She did show up...sorry.....had a P O 'd attitude. Not good day. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
