The nice man working there told me it'd be another ten minutes so I came back again and he just gave me the pretzel for free. I felt bad about taking it but also very grateful to him. I didn't get his name but thank you!
It was National Pretzel Day, and my wife and I stopped by to get a free pretzel. We didn't know that a coupon was required for the deal, but the manager, Oliver, offered to cover the cost of our pretzel. We would've been perfectly fine paying the cost for the pretzel; however, he didn't hesitate to take care of us. Thank you, Auntie Anne's and Manager, Oliver! Friendly staff, and great food. We will come visit again soon!
