Burger King - Durham

Avoid this place at all cost…. I’m a big fan of Burger King but this place here is the worst and I mean the WORST… staff was rude and very unsanitary…. You wait forever for something simple like a cheeseburger or just a fry… please don’t try to order anything big for a family staff will be upset that someone is really ordering all that food I will never return to this location again ??‍????

Absolutely terrible service and incredibly slow. And it has been like that every single time I've been there, morning and night. Food is good but occasionally they do not have all items listed on the menu.

They're gonna take care of them. older woman on the switch was stacked cup. she never looked up, asked for my order or something. When I asked her if I could place my order, she said rudely that she would have waited for me? she was extremely unprofessional and it was a terrible customer experience and I will never return. obviously management lacks having someone with this bad behavior on the front

Tried fish sandwich and cheeseburger. Fish was way to salty for my taste. It also took awhile to prepare my order. Just stick with burgers.Food: 3/5

The hours say they open at 6am and the lights were on and ppl inside but I guess choose when they want to open because I came through the drive thru at 7:30am and one of the employees said they were closed?!! Idk how this Burger King at this location is still in business? It looks like someone threw black paint all over the order screen?! Good luck with your order. Needs better management or more ppl!
