Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Durham

Dinner and service were great, tables were close together and fireplace was not lit on holy evening.

5 different meal times came out over 45min. the last meal to arrive was the steak of my wife, which was thought of as medium, but came closer to rare. it took another 20 minutes to box what we thought was a new steak, but turned out to be the one we sent back in pieces. larry was a good waiter and seemed to try his best, but an exceptionally disappointing representation of firebirds

We had such a great time here. this is a perfect date night spot that we will be absolutely back. our waiter was amazing, our drinks were delicious, and eating was perfectly cooked. it was so refreshing to have such a great experience.

That was great. service was excellent. tried the cajun spiced ribeye with a lobster dick and a fully loaded baked cartoffel.

Had a bite to eat here this evening and I think it could have been better. I believe a lot of the issues I had was just due to them being really busy. Got the chicken pasta specialty dish and it was very tasty though! I'd come back, but I think I'll need to avoid busy times at places like this. I'm always leaving feeling not quite satisfied with my experience. Lol
