Frozy - Durham

Stopped by for frozen yogurt staff welcomed us when we arrived. Please looked clean/neat. Lots of machines with lots of flavors. Toppings were plentiful. I loved the taste of my selection.

The guy at the front is soooo sweet. Clean environment and great prices. Smoothie was 10/10 better than tropical smoothie. I’ll definitely be back!

The Frozy shakes were truly outstanding, but it's clear that some of the staff members would benefit from additional training to enhance the overall customer experience.

Serve your own frozen yogurt! My kids love it. Some indoor and some outdoor seating. Plus they sell bubble tea!

Can't wait to go again. We got matcha, jasmine, and taro, the matcha was the best. You can order online and pickup and be sure to remember to add the tapioca balls and make it a slushy when getting milk tea. It's a good combo. The guy at the counter was very nice. ?.
