I had not been to Shanghai in such a long time and had forgotten how good the food is there. I had the Garlic Shrimp and fried rice and it was very good.

Closest Chinese that is close to Duke. Not spicy enough for me, but the flavor is on point. General Tso is not crispy which makes the breading too soggy.
