Wendy's - Durham

Slow, I waited 15 minutes and still not my order taken. only people in the restaurant were door windows, literally no other customers in the dining room. cashier acted as if they could only take one order at a time. ridiculus

Around 12 o'clock, the drive-dru line moves fast and eating comes out hot. Food: 4/5

My order made online, paid for when I took it up, told me that they were closed and tried to go without my food when the restaurant was opened. had to wait in the window so that I could get my food and while I wait, I heard them talk between them and some things on Spanish say how to complain about their work, how come they already! that was about 9:15. never eat again from this place.

Not the worst, not the best. I usually have no problem here, but they have made my order wrong, and it happened a few times that frustrated me as I always get the same order. if I say sease make my sandwich level, then I would hope that my sandwich would be simple and not with ketchup and mayo smeared. not to be this guy, but I guess I'm gonna be the guy. I was trying to get in, and the phone was ringing. I think I have to be a legitimate person every time I go to a drive thru and either force them to show me my food or go through every object itself before they leave. Thank you for reading my rant.

This place is nasty the will leave food sitting for bugs to get on and not clean up. They have cockroaches everywhere and they do nothing about DO NOT EAT THIS.
