30 gallons of pool water! Why do people say the water is so good here???? Just a couple sips made us both SICK! First time I've refilled anywhere and couldn't drink it!Called in to let them know and because we paid with cash and they didn't give us a receipt theyre refusing to give a refund. Apparently the 5 jugs with their stamp aint good enough and, oh, they have no record of the very recent transaction either. Yes, this is what I do I have a scam for water businesses. Yeahup! What a JOKE. It took multiple phone calls and text messages and I had to hunt them down every time just for them to still fail to provide the credit. What an AWFUL place!!!

I was driving to Starbucks and saw this place so I decided to try it. Upon entering, I was welcomed as if they had been waiting on my arrival. After several samples I decided on a mix of the high caffeine citrus mixed with mango and a shot of peach cobbler. Customer service gets 5,000 stars and the tea is ?!

I'm not usually a tea person, but I'm addicted to the sweet Georgia peach tea!!

I will never talk negative about the GREAT TEA that HteaO Serves.However, A bit of common sense goes along ways though!First and foremost the parking is already at an all time low. Let's face it, it stinks at this location! So, why is it on a Friday, or ANY part of the week, do you allow vendors to take up 5-6 parking slots??? The customer is already fighting for a space to park and NOW it's just 100% worse! It's not just today either. It's a lot of times at peak business and a HEADACHE for those of us just wanting tea!This is where the common sense comes in: How about you (and I mean MANAGEMENT) make the vendors park on the street allowing the customers to park in the slots for them?One other thought.....How about making the RIGHT OF WAY coming off of S. 14th a one way arrow so the vehicles entering the establishment actually have the RIGHT OF WAY, and not fighting other cars exiting and keeping the vehicles that have THE RIGHT OF WAY from coming in and parking??? Another bit of common sense!It doesn't take an act of congress to make this happen. Just a BIT OF COMMON SENSE.
