Contribuisci feedbackThis was the worst experience of my life. I felt humiliated, embarrassed, and like ****. The manager had the worst attitude. I have been going to this location for over 16 years, and never had a problem until today. I went through the drive-thru, ordered my food, paid, and had no problem. About 2 weeks ago, I went to get a coffee and I couldn't remember if I had ordered food, so I gave the lady my card. She handed back my card and my coffee, and said thank you. I drove off, but when I looked at my bank statement, there was no charge. I told my son that I didn't think she charged me, and planned to go back and let her know. I forgot to go back, so today when I went, the same lady told the manager that I didn't pay. I explained the situation to the manager, but she had an attitude and accused me of not paying. She said she had the receipt and I should pay for it. I insisted on seeing the receipt first, but she kept arguing with me in front of other people. I threw $10 at her in frustration and left. Dunkin, please train your staff better. Lost a customer over something so small is not okay.
I placed my order online as soon as the restaurant opened, thinking this would give them enough time to complete it if needed. When I picked up my order, I later discovered that my hashbrowns were burnt, and the dozen donuts I ordered were not only the wrong ones, but they were also stale. What is the point of placing an order early if they are giving out stale donuts?
