Bald Man Brewing - Eagan

To start off, the beer was excellent! I tried the Black Velvet and it was delicious. The atmosphere was authentic. I didn't give it a perfect rating because the sourdough Pepperoni pizza I ordered was burned. Despite that, I would definitely come back if I have the opportunity.

My wife and I have visited Bald Man Brewery several times and it always offers excellent beer. The tap room is spacious, and there is a well-shaded patio. We have a tradition of stopping by Bald Man Brewery after visiting the Costco in Eagan. Today, we rode our bikes from South Minneapolis over the Old Cedar Ave bridge, which was a beautiful ride that we will definitely do again. We highly recommend Bald Man Brewery!

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic! They have a lovely outdoor and indoor seating area. The variety of beers to choose from is impressive. Although the beer I selected didn't completely blow me away, it was still good. I will definitely be returning in the future.

A friend and I met at Bald Man Brewing on a Sunday afternoon. The atmosphere was uplifting, the staff were very kind and attentive. The seltzers were tasty and refreshing! The Brewery was pretty busy but there was ample seating and parking. We had amemorable first experience.

What a find. Perfect Monday afternoon break from the grind. We popped in, sampled the Tupelo Honey Brown Ale, ordered up two pints $7? what a deal! Started a tab, enjoyed some great beer. Nice selection with 12 brews on tap that I counted. Our nextround was the Hazy Shade of Winter Hazelnut Brown. Loved it. The Taproom is big, opens up to a nice, enclosed patio area. Plentyof tables and chairs inside and out. Saw a stage I assume jams home live tunes I?ll have to check out next time. Staff wasnice, helpful. This was our first time, but won?t be our last.
