Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Eagan

I was served the wrong sandwich at this restaurant. I had ordered a grilled chicken on regular bread, but instead received a wheat sandwich with turkey, lettuce, pickles, and some sauce. None of the ingredients I originally ordered were on the sandwich I received, and the edges were burnt.

The chicken salad was unusually dry and did not have the hot peppers I requested. This is the second time I've had a problem at this restaurant. Last time, they gave me a chicken salad that was so peppery I couldn't eat it.

Normally love ordering from here but the sandwich i got only had one piece of tomato and one piece of each deli meat. the bread either was crushed or too small because it doesnt even cover the top.

I was extremely let down by my experience at this restaurant. The sandwiches were soggy and unappealing. My brother used to work at a Potbelly in Eagan which was great, but this one did not meet my expectations.

Somebody stole my order before my dasher got there. Then potbelly handed my dasher somebody elses order. I had to call him while he was in the middle of starting a different doordash order. He had to stop and come back to pick up the wrong sandwich, show it to potbelly as proof, and bring back the right order. Huge inconvenience for everybody, please improve your pickup process
