Red's Savoy Pizza - Eagan

Love that garbage pizza. It has the works! My grandkids loved going there for pizza!

I love thin crust, but I 'm not a fan of this one. Burnt... Crunchy! Very CRUNCHY. OVERCOOKED and tough, chewy cheese. (NOT MELTY FRESH). It was more like left over fridge pizza that had been microwaved. I 'm new in town ... but if this is what -Sota-style is, then I 'm not a fan. Had to eat around the edges bc it was more like a fried cracker. Won 't be back. Even the center crust is tough, almost like it was over kneaded or frozen to begin with. ?We were all laughing at how loud each of us were crushing the crust. Sounded like 5 people chomping on tortilla chips.

I phoned to place an order, and the initial representative replied, Sank Red Savory, please hold. Later, a different representative answered, stating Red Savory. When I attempted to place an order, he abruptly asked, What can I get you? and promptly mentioned the order would be ready in 25 minutes before hanging up the phone. The experience was quite disorganized and unprofessional.

Was in from out of town. Picked up the pizza and brought it back to my hotel, because it was an extremely busy night and they told me it would be an hour for delivery. That was good service. This location is in the middle of a retail business park. Primary customers are carryout and delivery, so dine-in atmosphere is about what you would expect.
