Unfortunately, we only managed to visit a few times before we caught COVID-19 and couldn't go out for a while. When I asked my husband to pick up a sandwich for me, he came back with the unfortunate news that they had gone out of business. I was really sad to hear that, especially since it was a small, family-owned business trying to thrive. Now, we prefer to BBQ at home rather than suffer through poorly cooked BBQ at the place on Eagle Rd.
I absolutely love this place! Be sure to take a look at the Trailer Birds menu as well—delicious!
I didn't realize this was a chain restaurant until I tried to find it to write this review. The service, as well as the quality and portion sizes of the food, don't reflect that it's a chain. I visited for a late lunch on a Saturday, and the place was almost empty. It's a shame because I would highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich for lunch any day! I will definitely return when I'm in the area!
My husband and I came to the Dickey's in Eagle for a spontaneous, little date. I gave five stars on everything in relation to the fact that I knew I was dining at a fast-food, chain restaurant. The owners were so pleasant, very helpful, and provided stellar customer service. The food was delicious, and we could tell that the owners took pride on providing a great dining experience. Thank you!
Service is incredible.. The new owners are so so sweet! Highly recommend!
