Eagle Hills Golf Course

My husband and i got married here on 10.22.2022. It’s so beautiful and the pictures we did get turned out amazing. The staff were absolutely amazing and Christy did an incredible job getting everything in order. The food was so delicious and i wouldhighly recommend them.

I attempted to schedule a private lesson but the instructor informed me that he would be going on his honeymoon and could offer me a lesson in three weeks. When I returned at the scheduled time, he told me he was now married and didn't want to give me the lesson. Instead, he suggested that I join group lessons. It seems he assumed that a woman with financial means wouldn't want private lessons to improve her golf game for professional networking with male colleagues. Unfortunately, I am unavailable during the times when group lessons are offered, despite having contacted at least five different golf locations.

This is the most poorly managed course in the valley. I've visited 4-5 times, and I've encountered management issues every single time. It seems they arbitrarily decide what time they want the carts back based on when they want to leave for the night. Each time I've played, I've been given a different return time. During my last round, they pulled everyone off the course because of lightning, even though the sun had just come out. We called around and found that no other courses in the area had shut down because of lightning. To make matters worse, there were no water jugs on the course in 100-degree weather, and no ball or club cleaners available. I cannot recommend this place unless you enjoy paying $70 for a round, only to be kicked off the course at 8:15 because they want to go home early and then argue with you about a refund.

The golf course is quite nice and enjoyable. It's challenging when playing from the tips, but it offers a fair experience overall. The greens were in excellent condition, and the practice green is consistently top-notch. For detailed descriptions of each hole, I recommend checking out their website; there are some unusual out-of-bounds areas, such as behind the green, which I’ll be more aware of next time. The course has plenty of trees as well.

I hadn’t played at Eagle Hills in two years, and I was truly impressed by how well the course has been maintained. The greens have been renewed and repaired, and the fairways were in excellent condition.
