Contribuisci feedbackLast night, Sunday 8/14 at 19:45 am, I went to this easley arby’s for a ride thru dinner order. like most almost food restaurants in these days they have probably problems with the staff and had a sign in the order window that demanded geduld due to this problems. it took 6 minutes to get to the order window (not too bad). then it took 10 minutes to take over my order! (bad) my order was only 1 meal an additional sandwich. after the order it took 15 minutes to get to the pick-up window! (very bad) in the window I paid, got my articles (right) and drove away in 90 seconds. I ate my meal at home, 10 minutes later. my total time over 30 minutes to eat quickly. I had much better experience at several local competitors. I won't protect this arby soon if they can't get much better. a last note. the reception has not searched for feedback on my experience. So I called the phone number on the reception to share my thoughts with the management. not surprising, no one answered the phone.
Great food. went through was little slow and did not really ask if I wanted sauce. you must have arby sauce for frying.
Very, very slow drive thru service despite only 1 of 3 cars in the line. the cashier repeated our order back to us and it still came wrong. it's pretty much what you'd expect from arby.
Good that they can all that they can, and drones will have with the meal they have that they do it to do so that friday saturday sunday from 11AM-7PM
Good food and service. Can be a little slow, but the food is hot and fresh.
