Contribuisci feedbackHorrible service at this location they had us sat pretty much right on top of the other customers literally to the point the other customers kept pushing our table back with the back of their chairs, and wait time?! Dont get me started...Me, my wife and daughter waited on our food for over an HOUR and when it finally came, it was literally cold to the touch to the point my wife couldn 't even chew half of hers. My kid didn 't even have any kind of heat to her wannabe chicken and waffles she prdered.powered.. only ate maybe 1 piece of chicken she didn 't even bother touching the waffles. Trust me, go to another location other then this one.
Very polite service. Very nice and clean place. Wonderful experience for us and the kids. I would most definitely recommend and be visiting again.
I often go to this IHOP and they are always pleasant, friendly and helpful. I typically sit in Marie's section and she always remembers the little things that I like with the meal. She is a wonderful people person and very good at her job. When another waiter has my table, they are always sweet and pleasant, too. I've never had a negative experience at the Easley IHOP good management and good people working there.
Our waitress, Tina, was clearly overwhelmed. It seemed like Ding was managing everything while also trying to play the role of a mother figure for the kitchen staff. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff didn't seem to collaborate or recognize the urgency of the situation. Tina had to repeatedly ask them to prepare the food, and they didn’t seem to take this seriously nor work efficiently. Meanwhile, she was seating guests, taking orders, delivering food, and even teaching the cooks and a new server how to do their jobs. If the owners are going to leave everything to their employees, they should at least support the hardworking ones who are clearly capable of running the place.
We had to wait for the to-go orders to be completed before we could be seated, which was frustrating since it was a busy Sunday. The bacon was undercooked, and the pancakes were overcooked. The waitress, who also seemed to be the manager, was not very attentive. We tried to give them another chance, but the attitude of the waitress ultimately led us to decide we won’t be coming back.
