Franklins - East Devon

This high-end establishment is very pretentious and discriminatory. If they see you walking by and you're not from the upper class, they may call the police on you or file fake reports. I have not actually dined there, but I have had multiple encounters with law enforcement as a result of them.

What’s a lovely place, just had a delightful breakfast and coffee. Great service and soft butter. The best remedy from the night before.

A very warm welcome as soon as you walk in with smiling staff and eager to please the customers. The complete staff complement each other and have gelled together. A great pint of beer and the food well what can I say , very tasty well cooked and hot my wife and I will not eat anywhere else from now so when visiting Exmouth you should give Franklin's a try you won't be disappointed.

Had lunch here yesterday with my Mum, daughter and grand-daughter. A lovely little cafe and nice food. Will definately visit again.

In a world where customers are just numbers for most businesses, franklins definitely pay attention to their customers and provide an excellent service. We love the full English breakfast here... very friendly staff. They also cater to gluten free and vegetarian diet. Definitely recommend...if you're in Exmouth :
