The Grill At Copper Hill - East Granby

I love this place, and it's become a second home. From the scenic view of the courses, to the penny top bar, great service and solid burgers and offerings. Also a fantastic hosted entertainment and music place with different offerings all year long now. Great place to come by and chill out.

Great location with outdoor seating however HORRIBLE service every time .we’ve gone back not once but twice and each time have been told “sorry it’s going to be an hour wait for food” or we wait over an hour and are told “the kitchen is behind”. The last time we left without getting our dinner because by the time it came out (over an hour later) it was wrong! Service: Dine in

We were surprised when a Google request for a nice restaurant brought us to this hidden bar and grill. It was dark, but I think there was a golf course on the property. This Copper Hill grill was like going to your aunt 's house for snacks and fun. It was super clean and neat with no dank bar smell. The staff was friendly and bright-eyed. Not one grumpy or too tired person, including the young man who cleaned up the water cup we spilled. He said, You are fine, it 's my job. And he said it like he meant it. We were offered to play music bingo or learn to line dance..We were there for something delicious to eat and a good drink. The drinks were perfect, and I have never had such a huge plate of chicken nachos. All in all, super... we were looking for a restaurant to end a long day of flying home with no food from California for my friend, and we found a sweet girlfriend CT version of Cheers. Nice job manager and staff. You are doing what most restaurateurs try to do and can 't. Your heart is truly in your business, and it shows in every aspect of the business . Ty.

Surprised of the high ratings. Maybe we just hit it at a bad time where they were short in the kitchen and had a Caddie help out. Someone in our party ordered the fish tacos and to our surprise, it came with a fish stick. It was the triangular- like ones that are baked in the oven. It was just plopped on top whole. Just not appetizing. Should have returned it and ended up eating part of mine. Just terrible, what were they thinking!
