Village Pizza - East Longmeadow

Guy on the phone wanted to say he didn’t understand me like what don't you understand. spelled out my address and still claimed he didn’t understand.

This food is amazing for when you don't know what you're in the mood to eat. They've got pretty much everything with great savory flavors .. definitely going back

Walked in to pick up order almost 90°F and door is wide open and also inside store not even a Fan walked right out to sit in my car and wait terrible customer service 0 STAR I don’t care if the food is Good if the Customer service is no good then they Should just close down

I have always had a good experience at this pizza place, but tonight they were not at their best. I ordered a large combo pizza with extra cheese, which is usually delicious, but this time it was overcooked. The crust was very hard and overdone. Unfortunately, for $40, it was not worth it.

I have been getting takeout from this restaurant for five years now, and the food has always been excellent! I especially love the ranch pizza (mild is my preference over hot) and the steak and cheese grinders are fantastic. The staff is always polite when I place my order, and the food is delivered hot. The delivery driver is always friendly as well. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5.
