I've made a few purchases here, and each time, the customer service has been lacking. I also share the sentiment of other reviews regarding the high prices.

Really great staff! I remember when there was a lack of white chocolate, I called all the different shops. I found out they had it! I could buy two boxes of 25lbs! great price, great staff. I always come here for all my needs.

They have the majority of like baseline supplies that you will usually need. My only concern is the cake boards. They don't carry all sizes. And also if they can put a ruler on the side of the cake board aisle so that we can measure what size we're taking.
