The food was just mediocre; the tables had a sticky feel, the lighting was dim, but the staff was friendly. The meatloaf was dense and lacked flavor, though I was relieved that the mashed potatoes were decent, even if the gravy tasted straight from a can. The salad was nothing more than a small bowl of lettuce, shredded carrots, and a few pieces of onion, with dressing likely from a squeeze bottle. My girlfriend did enjoy her turkey club on fresh homemade white bread, which was a nice highlight. However, the frozen fries left much to be desired. On the bright side, it was affordable, so there's that.
I have stayed here twice—once last year and again this past weekend. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. We're from Massachusetts, and we will definitely be returning to stay here again. The hotel is very clean, and the restaurant serves delicious food.
The food is fantastic and the service is outstanding! We really enjoy dining there!
