Sawmill Grill - Millinocket

We were planning on dinning in before we climbed Mt Katahdin but we finished our hike later than we had hoped. The Sawmill closes at 8pm so we called ahead to have our food made to-go. The woman on the phone who took our order was extremely friendly and made sure we would be having a good meal that night. we picked it up at 7:55 and headed back to our Air BnB. I had a bacon cheese burger and fries.... It was a really good burger and if we head back to climb Mt Katahdin again Ill make sure we get to sit down and eat there.

Found online when looking for dinner while visiting Baxter. We got the fries, poutine, burgers and a large meat pizza. All the food was fantastic. Reasonably priced. The pizza was extra cheesy, fluffy dough, quality toppings and just yumm!!! Fries were crispy shoestrings. Server was quite short staffed but she remained pleasant, helpful and smiling. Cozy wood decor. Clean. We will be back! Meal type: Dinner

Wow! Another excellent find in New England! I had the burger and it’s competing for the best burger I’ve ever had.
