Tops Diner - East Newark

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tops Diner for the first time, and it quickly became clear why it's been recognized as one of New Jersey's finest dining spots. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent, and the decor had a stylish bistro vibe rather than a typical diner atmosphere. If you ever find yourself in Newark, be sure to make Tops Diner a priority on your itinerary! We will definitely be returning.

The service was poor, and I found hair in my food! The meal also didn't meet my expectations.

It's no surprise that it's considered one of the best, if not the best, diners in the country! The food and service were outstanding!

It was my first time at Top’s Diner and now I understand why it’s so highly rated! Great brunch experience today. Excellent food and service. I will definitely be back!

I believe my wedding name was Jose he was amazing. The music was a little loud but everything else was great. I didn’t want to get a mimosa but they told me I had to wait till 12 o’clock. I don’t think that was fair but that’s the rules anyway, all in all it was it was OK.
