As someone that work in customer service I can see that they are understaffed and need more help which has NOTHING ro do with the staff there who are always nice and pleasant. It's the money hungry Management that works thestaff like slaves (who work for pennies) while they make the thousands. DO BETTER.
Used the drive through Its not really clear where the ordering window/microphone is located there is no clear marking. Ended up at the pick up/payment window without actually ordering anything after waiting in the drive through line. However, theassociates were kind enough to take my order and made it pretty quickly.
Terrible experience everytime. Workers have a nasty attitude and they barely can get orders correct. The staff is the most annoying part it?s actually sad that they treat people they way they do.
For some reason nothing tastes right from this location. Coffee tastes Burnett, they don't follow directions, the food doesnt taste right, and makes me sick, idk what it is but its only this location. . Tho I did get a good cup of iced coffee once. Itwas heavy on the cream but still good.
I ordered several coffees through the app. For some reason, some of the items in my order were only made after I got to the restaurant. It defeats the whole purpose of using the app.
