Fourth Time my daughter or I has went in two months and order at the red button and still the order brought out has been wrong . The manager has told us each time she didn't care if we returned or called corporate and walks off with a very bad attitude. The photos is a copy of the recent order and what was given and it was thrown around exactly as the photo is.
Last night we went and waited 15 minutes for some one to answer..we drove thru the drive thru and waited another 5 minutes. Drove up to window 3 carrots inside seen us never came to window. Finally a red headed lady came asked us what we wanted. We told her we had been waiting her remarks was we stopped taking orders cause we busy .told her been nice if they could of told us and was rude. Other customers pulled off also ..As a manager she should if told customers they where busy and be right with them ..
As I was ordering i had to change the size of a drink the employee response was OMG for real seriously. She definitely cost sonic plenty of money when I order from it's at least 50 plus. That's ok I will not be spoken to like that. My own don't speak to me like that nor will yours..
Not bad, lot of teenagers hanging around, basically visiting with crew which meant the crew wasn 't real focused on their jobs. Had to repeat our order 3 times. Food was decent, not great but I mean, it 's Sonic so .... I still gave it a 4 star, kids enjoyed it.
Poor food quality. Always slow. Order is usually wrong or missing something. Employees are rude.
