Waffle House - East Ridge

When you try call an order in it gives you a recording saying they can't take your order over the phone to come in place your order you go in to order and get told you going to have to wait . We waited 30 minutes or longer and nobody came to take our order cause the whole crew working there went out to smoke so we decided to leave . Ithe waitress was rude and hateful.She took and ignored we were sitting there and went to people's orders that came in after us. If you plan to run a business then you need to make sure you have good workers that treat customers right.

Great food, all items were hot and well prepared. Great staff and service.

I had to wait for a table at this restaurant, as there were more empty but dirty tables than occupied ones. There was a young blonde woman eating behind the counter, and an older woman on the floor who seemed to be in the wrong role. I had to ask multiple times for syrup, coffee, and the check. The older lady was unfriendly and seemed unfit for her job. There were 3 to 5 employees around the grill, but none seemed concerned about the dirty tables, poor service, or customers waiting by the door.

The service was excellent, I believe our waitress was Krissy. The food was delicious, the chef really knows his stuff when it comes to wine!

The hash browns were cold on the inside. The scrambled eggs were so undercooked that they were almost soupy. The bacon was completely burnt and black. The service was slow and the employees were rude. I paid my bill and left after taking only three bites of my meal.
