I tried a sample of the new food and it was excellent and Mark was brilliant and pleasant and helpful.

Don't order Rump steak in Yorkshire Pudding. Steak was scrag ends very tough, even steak knife would not cut it. Poor value. Too much stuffing

This is a well established family venue and part of a major national chain. The food is uninspired and cook-chill but we often eat here for convenience. Deals can always be had on the food so check for offers and online vouchers. For value this venue is pretty unbeatable. There are advantages in mass produced cook-chill food as it is consistent given the low price. The venue itself is popular and well kept with plenty of space and an area for children to play.

The Fayre and Square (also known as the Hayride) has a great selection of two meals for a tenner including Sunday lunch. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come again. Only downside was the limited choice of beer.
