Mcdonalds - East Riding of Yorkshire

On the way to vacation, for the milkshake the dame that served us was fantastic. give the children flag and coloring activities.

I visited mcdonald's last Saturday with my two young boys, my youngest had just woke up in the car so he was very restless and winged. I was greeted by a young girl named emily frank, I asked about her name and full of...Name she was fantastic the best customer service I ever received. when I ordered, she distracted my children so I could arrange and then brought us to our table. she was really good with my children, my oldest old told emily about his vacation that it was all ruined and we had to leave the holiday early. then she went beyond us and surprised us with a mkflurry. it really did our day and cheer us all up, especially my children it really was so nice of emily and the management team to offer us a free mcflurry. not only that emily offered to clean the table after we had eaten. I will definitely return to their Shiptonthorpe branch. many thanks! and emily, they have made our customer service in the evening

It is what is, but friendly, fast, hot and almost always on the ground. we had a problem once and they gave us the food and a refund

So we went through the evening and had a very rude man in the window. my older brother, who has many kinds of impediments, drove his first time out of the house in a long time and he was spoken by an rude guy who said to my brother when he counted his money to pay for his mcdonalds no need to take the **** now. that is wrong! bad customer service inappropriate speech for a customer he should not work with people if he cannot deal with them and be patient. the guy has to talk to what's a rude man.

We're not regular McDonald's customers, just now and then. We used the drive through on the way home from Scarborough. It was all fine for us two very reasonably priced meals.
