Additionally, Farah, the new leasing agent, assisted us in planning our move to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. She promptly addressed several concerns shortly after we moved in and kept us updated throughout the process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of communication from the maintenance team. About a month ago, I submitted several requests to fix plumbing issues and a few other tasks that needed attention, and I haven't received any updates on the status of these repairs.

I absolutely love this place! The leasing staff, Mrs. Farah and Super Mr. Rome, are wonderful people who are always willing to help with anything we need. The happy staff is consistently supportive of the tenants. I'm really fond of this place. Whenever there’s an issue in the building, the personnel and superintendent make sure to resolve it quickly. The services are excellent, and it’s a peaceful environment. My children are here as well, and everyone is so friendly. When we first moved in, my kids made friends within just 10 days. I have a great affection for this place!

The apartment itself (Birch 1) is beautiful and spacious. While the kitchen countertop is a bit small, we purchased a small baker's rack to create additional workspace, which has solved that issue. The washing machine is slightly smaller than we would prefer, but it’s still manageable. The apartment is situated in a safe and pleasant neighborhood that is very conducive to walking. There’s an Aldi grocery store just around the corner, along with numerous restaurants nearby. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just a three-minute walk away and a NJ Transit station about ten minutes away. We have submitted a few maintenance requests, and the superintendent has addressed them within a few days. However, I would like to mention that the response time for maintenance could be improved, which is why I'm giving a lower rating in that regard. Overall, we're very happy here!

Honestly, I lived throughout NJ/NY for the last 6 years by far this place is the best quality of life for price you pay. From leasing to maintenance to the person who delivers pkgs to the doorstep, all are friendly and friendly. Spacious parking with tons of cameras, train station walking distance, but I think the bus is simple road. Aldi is just a few steps away when you run out of milk. Cosy pretty community.

Awesome place! Gym was always clean. The leasing office was always helpful and maintenance was always great! Great place to leave.
