Brine - Eastham

First of all, the restaurant has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I went for breakfast with my two daughters, and we had some amazing strawberry crepes, salt cod and sweet potato hash, and eggs with home fries and sausage. Everything was delicious, and I can't wait to go back! Oh, and the Snowy Owl coffee they serve is fantastic—I'm quite the coffee connoisseur, and this one did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning; I can't wait to try dinner and cocktails next time!

The menu featured an enticing array of dishes I wanted to try; I found myself wishing for a sampler plate. The food was outstanding. My two friends and I ordered Duck Poutine, Artichoke Cakes, Falafel, a cauliflower entrée, and for dessert, a flourless chocolate torte. Every dish was excellent. The sauces paired perfectly with each item, and the presentation was stunning. Our food arrived promptly, and the service was both friendly and professional. The restaurant's decor strikes a comfortable yet chic balance, combining beach-inspired elements with rustic wood accents, while local artworks provide vibrant splashes of color on the walls. My only suggestion would be to improve the outdoor lighting and to have a more eye-catching, readable sign that stands out from the store next door. Wishing you all the best; it was wonderful to see so many locals enjoying the place!

Exceptional food paired with impeccable service! I had a fantastic time at Brine celebrating the holidays with great friends on a Thursday night, and to our delight, it was Oyster Buck A Suck Thursday! The platter of oysters we received was incredibly fresh, tasting as if they had just been pulled from the ocean minutes before being served. They always feature a unique selection of cocktails, making it difficult to choose. The Caswell wine menu is one of the best in Boston, showcasing some truly interesting bottles. Although I typically gravitate toward their seafood, I decided to try the 16oz Bone-in Prime Ribeye, and it was absolutely amazing! It was accompanied by squash puree, homemade ricotta gnocchi, and a pomegranate demi-glace. Even lunch the next day was impressive! I can’t wait to return!

Tried Brine for breakfast this morning and definitely found a new favorite! We got the huevos rancheros, corn beef hash, and home made blueberry pop tart. Absolutely delicious all around!
